We focus on personalized 'stroke correction' and building genuine confidence, whether it's a 4-year-old making their first Ganesha idol or an 8-year-old mastering clay modelling. You’ll see them walk in shy and walk out with a proud 'Look what I made' moment every single time. Art is a powerful tool for a child's development, and at Hema's Hues Academy, we treat every session as an opportunity to nurture that growth. Since 2015, we have created a space in Prabhadevi, Powai, and Thane where children aged 3.5 years and up can explore their creativity without the pressure of being perfect. ### What Our Young Artists Learn Our curriculum is designed to be tactile and engaging. We don't stick to just one medium. Instead, we rotate through: * **Drawing & Sketching:** Focusing on pencil grip, line quality, and observation skills. * **Creative Crafts:** From clay modelling (magnets, Ganesha idols) to dot mandala and pebble art, we help children develop fine motor skills. * **Colour Exploration:** Learning to blend pastels, use watercolours, and experiment with acrylics. * **Handwriting Improvement:** We offer dedicated English and Hindi handwriting sessions to support their school readiness. ### Why Parents Choose Us We run small batches of 4 to 8 students. This is a deliberate choice. It ensures that every child receives the individual attention they need to correct a grip, refine a technique, or simply ask questions. We want your child to feel like they are part of an art family, not just a student in a class. Whether it's preparing for the government-certified Elementary Drawing Exam or simply spending a fun weekend at our holiday workshops, our goal is the same: to help them find joy in the process of creating something beautiful. ## About Hema's Hues Academy I’m Hema. Since 2015, my studio has been a place where children aren't just students, they are part of our art family. We focus on the person behind the brush, making sure every child finds their own unique creative voice.
