Whether we are in your living room or at a park in Bangalore, I often ask for a 'matte matte, eradane take' (again and again, second take). This repetition is not about perfection, but about finding that split-second comfort where you forget the camera is even there and simply exist in the moment. ### The Craft Behind the Frame Great photography happens in two stages: the energy we build during the shoot and the patience I put into post-production. When you see a final portrait, you are looking at the result of intentional color grading, skin retouching, and lighting adjustments that bring out the natural mood of the day. ### Why I Retake Shots You might hear me ask for another take often. My goal is to get past the initial awkwardness. When we are shooting a maternity session or a milestone event, the first few minutes are usually about getting comfortable. I keep shooting until the smiles become natural and the poses feel like part of your character, not a set of instructions. ### My Workflow in Bengaluru * **Initial Consultation:** We discuss your vision, location, and the specific vibe—whether you want something modern, traditional, or filmi. * **The Shoot:** We work at your pace. If the light is perfect, we push for those extra shots. If you need a break, we take one. * **Post-Production:** Every image I deliver undergoes professional color correction. I focus on creating a cinematic look, often balancing the warm, vibrant colors of Indian attire with the soft tones of skin and surroundings. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Do you edit all the photos?** Yes, every delivered image is hand-edited for exposure, color, and clarity. **Can I suggest a specific editing style?** Certainly. I offer everything from moody, dark-tone edits to high-key, bright, and airy styles depending on the location and your preference. **What about the video teasers?** For milestone events, I edit a 3 to 5-minute cinematic teaser that pairs the best clips with music to tell the story of your celebration. ## About Hemanth Photography I am Hemanth. I photograph stories in Bengaluru by focusing on real emotions rather than stiff poses. I see every couple and family as a movie, and I love finding that one moment that feels like magic.
