We use sturdy 8x8ft truss frames for these setups, which are compact enough to fit in most Noida living rooms or terraces while still giving you that full, professional look for your photos without needing an expensive venue. ### Making Your Pre-Wedding Events Special Your Haldi and Mehendi are where the real fun happens. Whether you are hosting a small gathering at home or a larger event at a farmhouse, I design setups that are both traditional and camera-friendly. **What goes into the setup?** * **Backdrops:** We use 8x8ft truss frames as the foundation. We can go for a classic, full marigold wall or mix it up with vibrant fabric drapes, kite-themed hangings, and neon signage to match your personality. * **Seating:** A decorated 2-seater sofa or a traditional floral jhula (swing) acts as the centerpiece for the bride and groom, making it the perfect spot for ritual photos. * **Traditional Accents:** I incorporate brass urlis filled with rose petals and floating candles to add that authentic touch to the floor styling. * **Floral Mix:** I combine high-quality artificial flowers for volume with fresh marigolds and roses. This gives you the best of both worlds—longevity and that real, festive scent. **Planning for Your Space** I know that home celebrations often have limited space. My team focuses on creating 'corners' rather than taking over the entire house. A decorated staircase, a designated corner of the garden, or a small terrace setup works beautifully. If you are in Delhi NCR and worried about the logistics, don't be. We handle the full installation—from the draping to the lighting—and include a 3-day rental period, so you have enough time before and after the event without any stress. Let’s chat about your vision and find a style that fits your budget. ## About Hemant Events I’m Hemant. I believe these ceremonies are the heart of the wedding, and I love creating spaces where the family can actually relax and enjoy the moment. My team and I handle everything from the floral jhulas to the neon signs, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
