It is not just about aesthetics; it is about performance impact and safety. I use proper aluminum box truss setups for all mounting, which means your DJ’s gear and the lighting rigs stay stable and look clean. We also integrate special effects like cold pyro shots and dry ice fog, which makes that first couple’s dance really stand out on camera. For a Sangeet or cocktail night, the goal is simple: keep the energy high from the first performance to the last dance. My production packages start at ₹80,000 and go up to ₹1,10,000, covering everything from the 16x16ft wooden dance floor to the intelligent truss lighting. I do not just dump lights on the ground. We use an aluminum box truss structure to mount 8-10 moving head lights (sharpies) and par cans, which gives you that professional concert feel right on your lawn or at your farmhouse. The backdrop is usually a shimmer wall—black or gold sequins—which catches the light beautifully, making it perfect for photos. We also set up lounge zones with high tables, bar counters, and velvet or leatherette sofas so guests have somewhere to relax when they are not on the floor. Whether it is a farmhouse party in Noida or a destination event in Rishikesh, I bring the same gear and the same focus on execution. If you need a specific look like a boho-chic cocktail or an all-out disco night, let's talk about what the venue space actually allows for. ## About Hemant Events I am Hemant, and I honestly believe a Sangeet night should look and feel like a party, not a formal ceremony. My team and I take care of the heavy lifting—from setting up the dance floor to making sure the lighting hits the stage just right—so you can focus on your performance.
