## About Elegant Wedding & Reception Setups

When we build your mandap or reception stage, we don't just focus on the look. I pay close attention to the structural integrity and lighting angles, ensuring that your photographer gets clear, unobstructed shots of the ceremony. We also handle the floral layering carefully, mixing fresh blooms with sturdy artificial bases so the stage stays vibrant and fresh throughout your event, regardless of the weather in Noida or Delhi NCR.

Your wedding stage is the centerpiece of the entire event, and I treat it that way. Whether you are hosting a grand wedding at a farmhouse or an intimate ceremony at a banquet hall, the setup needs to be functional as well as beautiful.

### How I Approach Your Stage Design

**Farmhouse & Outdoor Setups:**
When we plan for outdoor spaces, wind and lighting are my main concerns. I use truss structures that are solid enough to handle the breeze but look delicate once we drape them with fabric and flowers. If your venue is a Noida farmhouse, we make sure the mandap is positioned to capture the best evening light.

**Indoor Banquet Stages:**
For indoor halls, space is usually the constraint. I focus on scale—designing a backdrop that fills the view without making the room feel cramped. I often use high-density floral panels and intelligent lighting to create depth, so the stage looks grand in both real life and your wedding photos.

**My Process:**
*   **Planning:** We start by looking at your venue. A mandap that works for a riverfront setup in Rishikesh is very different from one in a Noida banquet hall.
*   **Design:** I offer everything from minimalist white-floral themes to heavy, traditional drapes and gold accents.
*   **Execution:** My team handles the assembly. You don't have to worry about the 'messy' side of setup—we make sure the structure is secured and the lighting is tested before your first guest arrives.

Whether you need a full floral arch or a sleek, modern mandap, I work to make the vision in your head a reality on the ground.
