I prioritize how the seating is laid out, often using comfortable baithak-style setups or swings, because the best memories happen when guests are actually relaxing. Whether it is a home lawn in Noida or a destination venue, my goal is to make the decor interactive rather than just something you look at. Planning a Haldi or Mehendi function is about energy. I have seen enough events to know that guests want more than just a background to sit against. They want a space that feels festive and encourages participation. My process starts with understanding the venue. If we are doing a home setup in Noida, I look at the available lawn space and how to maximize the shade with drapes and fairy lights. For destination weddings, like the ones I plan in Rishikesh or Jim Corbett, the scenery is our biggest asset, so I keep the decor elements like marigold tassels and floral swings complementary to the view, not overpowering it. I specialize in: * **Mela Themes:** Using hot pink, yellow, and orange fabrics to create a carnival vibe. * **Floral Accents:** Using a mix of 80% silk flowers and fresh marigolds to ensure the decor stays fresh throughout the day without wilting under the sun. * **Interactive Props:** Setting up swings, rickshaws, or comfortable baithak-style lounge seating so guests feel relaxed. I handle the entire logistics, from truck transport to on-site assembly. Whether you need a simple, intimate home ceremony with DIY-friendly setups or a full-scale farmhouse production with LED lighting and sound, I build it to fit the vibe you want. ## About Hemant Events I am Hemant, and I run Hemant Events with a small, dedicated team.
