My team and I handle all the logistics—from transporting heavy mandap structures to remote Ganga banks in Rishikesh to ensuring we have silent power backups and on-ground electrical setups—so you do not have to worry about the technical details behind your wedding day. Planning a wedding away from home requires more than just picking a pretty spot. I take care of the entire supply chain, ensuring your vision survives the journey to locations like Rishikesh, Jim Corbett, or Haridwar. For a riverside ceremony, we use 17ft trucks to move heavy trussing, furniture, and floral setups across tough terrain. My approach is hands-on. If you want a mandap on the sand, we ensure the ground is leveled and the structure is reinforced. We manage the silent DG sets for power backup, so your DJ and lights do not fail in the middle of a remote forest or riverside location. My team coordinates with all on-ground vendors for food, transport, and local permits, leaving you with one single point of contact. I combine 80% high-quality silk flowers with 20% fresh blooms for the decor. This keeps your setup looking vibrant despite the humidity or heat during transit. Whether you need a gazebo structure or a full stage with LED video walls, I make sure the logistics are sorted before you even arrive. Send me a message with your preferred destination, and let us start planning. ## About Hemant Events I am Hemant.
