We do not just put up fairy lights; we bring in moving heads and hazers to set the mood for your dance floor. If you are hosting at a farmhouse, we ensure the trussing is stable and the sound is crisp, so your DJ sets can actually be heard. Planning a Sangeet is different from a wedding reception, and your decor needs to reflect that shift in energy. For a Sangeet, we lean into high-energy setups. This means using LED video walls instead of static backdrops, which allows you to run montage videos or graphics that match your music playlist. We set these up on professional box trusses to keep everything secure and looking clean. For the reception, the vibe changes. It is usually about elegance and dining comfort. We focus on heavy centerpiece arrangements, draped seating with Chiavari or Tiffany chairs, and softer ambient lighting. We have done extensive work in Noida farmhouses, so we know how to handle outdoor power requirements. We bring our own Silent DG sets for power backup, meaning the lights will not flicker when the DJ switches to the main sound system. Whether it is an intimate gathering at a banquet hall or a massive outdoor reception in a farmhouse in Sector 135, we handle the logistics. This includes the transport of heavy furniture and the specialized crew needed to set up stage structures. If you are worried about your entrance, we can arrange for cold pyros or smoke effects to give that dramatic walk-in moment. We coordinate with your venue manager to make sure the floor plan flows well for your guests, from the entrance to the main stage. ## About Hemant Events I am Hemant, and my team and I handle the heavy lifting so you can enjoy your own party.
