When we take a wedding to the banks of the Ganga or the forests of Jim Corbett, my team handles the logistics like trucking inventory, coordinating local vendors, and ensuring the setup is perfect on uneven ground. You focus on the ceremony, while we make sure the mandap, the lighting, and the sound crew are ready well before your guests arrive. My work is all about turning an empty space into a celebration. Based in Noida, my team travels across India, whether it is a farmhouse shaadi nearby or a destination event in Haridwar or Jim Corbett. ### Why work with us? We do not just decorate, we plan. If you are looking for a destination wedding, I manage everything. This includes: * **Logistics:** Moving decor, lighting, and sound gear across state lines. * **Venue Transformation:** Setting up on sands, lawns, or resort grounds. * **Vendor Coordination:** You do not have to call multiple people, I act as your single point of contact. ### Our Decor Specialties * **Haldi & Mehendi:** We lean into vibrant colors, marigold tassels, and comfortable baithak seating. We want these events to feel energetic and traditional. * **Grand Entrances:** A lot of my clients ask for the 'wow' factor. We use cold pyros, smoke effects, and custom floral arches to make sure your entry is noticed. * **Mandaps:** Whether it is an open-air gazebo by the river or an elegant indoor setup with chandeliers, we customize the structure to fit the venue. If you have a venue in mind, let’s talk about what will actually work there. My goal is to make the wedding planning process simple so you can actually enjoy the day. ## About Hemant Events Hey, I am Hemant.
