If you are planning these for a wedding, we usually schedule these pieces to be applied earlier in the day because the detailed layering takes a bit more time than standard flat patterns. Floral mehndi is about more than just drawing flowers. Whether you choose the purity of a lotus or the drama of layered 3D roses, the goal is to make the design breathe on your skin. ### My Approach to Floral Art My floral work relies heavily on contrast. By balancing intricate gridwork with open space, the flowers stand out rather than blending into a busy, cluttered mess. I often get requests for what I call 'Dubai-style' roses, which use bold, sweeping lines and darker shading to create a dramatic look that photographs beautifully. ### The Lotus Symbolism The lotus motifs are a personal favorite. They feel traditional yet refreshing, and they work incredibly well for bridesmaids who want something elegant but not overly heavy.
