Our team personally ensures that hot phulkas, fresh ghee, and signature curries are replenished continuously right at the table, just as it was done in old royal households. You will not see guests walking up to buffet lines here, as they simply sit back, relax, and are served with care. When you choose a traditional seated feast, you are choosing to prioritize connection. Unlike modern buffet setups, the thali experience allows families to sit together, talk, and enjoy their meal without the distraction of moving around. We take pride in our authentic presentation, offering heavy, ornate silver or gold-plated thali sets that immediately elevate the look of any venue, from a family home to a large banquet hall. We specialize in 100% pure vegetarian and Jain-compliant menus, meticulously crafted to respect your dietary traditions. Our Rajasthani roots run deep, which means our chefs are experts in balancing textures and flavors, from the crunch of a hot Kachori to the richness of a slowly simmered Dal Baati or Gatte Ki Sabzi. Every seated event we handle involves a dedicated team of servers trained in the art of traditional hospitality. They know exactly when a guest needs a refill on their buttermilk or a fresh, hot serving of Roti brushed with ghee. Whether you are planning a small religious ceremony, a Parna, or a grand wedding, we manage the entire logistical flow. We bring our own linens, table setups, and professional crew to ensure your venue is transformed into a royal dining space. We are happy to travel across Mumbai or to destination wedding locations in Rajasthan to bring this experience to you. ## About Heena Caterers Namaste, I am Pappubhai.
