From the initial rose water welcome to the final hot sweet, our staff manages the refills with a level of care that allows you to participate in your rituals without worrying about the logistics. For sacred events like SanghYatra, Parna, or Varshitap, the dining experience is an extension of the ceremony itself. Our Pangat service is built on strict adherence to Jain principles, ensuring that not only the ingredients remain pure but the service environment maintains the appropriate level of respect. ### The Pangat Experience We provide two types of premium thali setups: Golden and Silver finish. These aren't just aesthetic choices; they reflect the reverence we have for the occasion. Guests are seated in traditional rows, and our wait staff—dressed in customary kurta-pyjamas and Rajasthani turbans—brings the food directly to them. This eliminates the chaos of buffet lines, allowing for a focused, peaceful meal. ### Why Our Service Differs - **Ritual Flow:** We structure the meal sequence based on traditional protocols, starting with beverages like Kesar Thandai, moving to warm farsan, and finishing with traditional sweets. - **No Onion, No Garlic:** Our kitchen operations are fully segregated. We guarantee pure Jain food, meaning all our dals, vegetables, and rotis are prepared without any prohibited root vegetables. - **Attentive Service:** Our staff is trained to anticipate refills. You will not find guests waiting for rotis or sides; our team moves quietly through the rows to ensure everyone is served promptly. Whether you are hosting a small pooja or a large community feast, we handle the entire dining logistics. We bring our own premium thali sets, serving gear, and experienced service team to your venue, ensuring that the presentation looks as royal as the occasion demands. ## About Heena Caterers At Heena Caterers, we treat every event as an opportunity to perform seva rather than just provide a service. We believe that for sacred functions, the way we serve is just as important as the food we cook, and we bring that dedication to every Pangat we organize.
