We take pride in ensuring that every guest at your event feels truly welcomed and cared for by our staff. ## Photos and videos - ![A member of my staff in our smart white and gold uniform, ready to assist guests. My team is trained to anticipate guest needs in real-time, whether it is refilling a Thali promptly during a traditional Pangat or managing the flow at a busy live counter. We believe that a respectful, attentive staff is just as vital to your event as the menu itself, and we dress in clean, smart uniforms to reflect that level of care. When you are hosting a religious gathering or a family function, the last thing you want to worry about is whether your guests are being looked after. That is why I personally train every member of our serving team at Heena Caterers to focus on the small details that matter. In our traditional Pangat Seva, service is an art form. Our staff understands the rhythm of the meal, knowing exactly when to offer another helping of a specific vegetable or provide warm water, all while maintaining the sanctity of the occasion. For modern buffets, we train our team to keep live counters clean and organized, ensuring that guests do not feel crowded or ignored while they wait for their fresh Dosa or Pizza. Whether it is a SanghYatra, a large wedding, or a small home pooja, our goal is to let you focus on your guests while we manage the hospitality. We do not just serve food; we serve with a smile, recognizing that our presence is an extension of your own hospitality. We are there to assist, to guide, and to ensure that your guests leave your function feeling respected and well-fed. ## About Heena Caterers Namaste, I am Pappubhai. When I started Heena Caterers, I wanted every guest at your table to feel the same care I would provide for my own family. My team is trained not just to manage food counters, but to look after your guests from start to finish.
