When we cater for SanghYatras or Tapasvi celebrations, we ensure our strict 'no onion, no garlic' rule is never compromised, even with high-volume production. Our staff is trained to serve with the same respect you would show at home, keeping the service quiet, attentive, and organized so the focus stays entirely on the religious observance. ### Our Approach to Sacred Service For us, catering to a community function is not just about the food; it is an act of seva. Since 2003, we have understood that religious gatherings require a specific level of discipline. Whether it is a Paryushan feast, a Parna, or a large community meal in Mumbai, our kitchen operates on complete transparency. We use 100% pure ingredients, ensuring everything from our spices to our cooking oils adheres to traditional Jain and sattvic guidelines. ### Why Logistics Matter Feeding a large crowd demands consistency. We provide reliable service for large-scale events, offering: * **High-Volume Precision:** We are equipped to handle thousands of guests without slipping on quality or timing. Every plate served is hot and fresh. * **Menu Flexibility:** While we are experts in Rajasthani and Kathiyawadi cuisine, we can customize the spread to include anything from traditional sweets to modern, Jain-friendly live stations. * **Staff Training:** Our waiters are trained to be unobtrusive and polite, which is essential for religious functions where the atmosphere should remain peaceful. ### The Presentation We believe you eat with your eyes first. Even at a large community feast, we aim for royal presentation. We offer 'Pangat' style sit-down service with golden thalis for a traditional feel, or modern, organized buffet setups with clearly labeled counters to keep the crowd moving smoothly. If you are planning an upcoming date, we recommend booking in advance, especially for auspicious calendar days, as our team prioritizes limited events to ensure we can maintain our high standards of quality and attention. ## About Heena Caterers I am Pappubhai, and I started Heena Caterers because I believe food is a way to serve others.
