Healing Garden started as a simple idea to reconnect with nature, and now it is a studio in Bangalore where we craft, breathe, and grow together. ## Photos and videos - ![Have you ever heard of a Herbarium Bottle? I designed these crafts specifically to be accessible, so you do not need an artistic background to start, just a bit of curiosity and a willingness to slow down for an hour. ### From Corporate Roots to Green Spaces I started Healing Garden because nature helps me slow down and breathe, and I wanted to share that feeling. It began with corporate 'Green Break' sessions, where I saw busy professionals find genuine joy in working with their hands. That success led to our first studio in Kasturi Nagara, a space designed for anyone looking to step away from the digital noise and reconnect with themselves. ### More Than Just Crafts While you will see items like herbarium bottles in our gallery, these are not just decorations. Preserving flowers in glass is a Japanese technique that is inherently therapeutic. It allows you to freeze a moment in time and keeps the beauty of nature alive in your living space. We apply this same philosophy to everything we do, whether it is: * **DIY Terrarium Workshops:** Where you build a self-sustaining mini world. * **Nature-Based Crafts:** Like the preserved herbarium bottles you see here. * **Corporate Wellness:** Team-building sessions that bring nature into the workspace. ### Why Our Approach Is Different I believe that perfection is not the goal. Whether you are crafting a fairy garden or arranging a succulent bowl, the magic happens in the process, not the final output. We guide you step-by-step so you leave with something beautiful, regardless of your skill level. If you are in Bangalore, drop by the studio to see our collection, or join one of our upcoming sessions to experience the calm for yourself. ## About Healing Garden I started Healing Garden to help people find their own green oasis. It is not just about plants or crafts like herbarium bottles; it is about taking a moment to breathe away from the digital noise. Come visit our studio in Kasturi Nagara to see the process firsthand or join us for a session where we learn to work with our hands.
