## About Sports Event & Tournament Management

### Where Young Athletes Compete and Grow

At HB Sports, Wellness and Events, I put my heart into making every match count. I know that a well-run tournament is about more than just scores - it's about building confidence, discipline, and real teamwork. I see the sweat and the smiles, and I make sure both matter.

### What I Handle

- Youth sports tournament coordination for schools, clubs, and academies
- Inter-school and inter-club tournaments like the HB Rising Star Cricket Tournament and HB Jr. Cup for football and cricket
- Official training and management partner for school teams heading to DSO, CISCE, and MISA competitions
- Multi-sport festival organization, including summer camps and sports fests with certified coaches
- Competitive league management for local leagues, practice matches, and our own HB Champs teams

### How I Work

- End-to-end event execution: planning, fixtures, on-field management, and closing ceremonies
- Professional setups with branded backdrops, banners, and marked playing areas - feels like the big leagues
- Always celebrate effort: trophies, medals, and special awards for standout players
- Certified coaches guide and mentor athletes at every event

### Sports I Cover

Cricket, football, basketball, pickleball, table tennis, chess, carrom, and more. If you play it, I can manage it.

### Who I Work With

I team up with top schools, sports associations, and NGOs to make sure every event is fair, fun, and memorable for kids from U10 to U17. Some days are tough, but seeing young players shine makes it all worth it.

## Meet your expert

[HB Sports, Wellness and Events](https://mytribe.in/hbofficialwellness)

### My story

We started HB 'cause we felt sports is more than drills - it’s about building a family, ya. Mumbai kids have talent, but what they need is a push, some discipline, and a little bit of heart. Seeing a shy kid lead a football team or a first-timer swim like a pro, that’s our high. We mix sports with art, like Ganesha making, and celebrate festivals together. Even tie up with NGOs. All for those big smiles.

### My work

- **Multi-Sport Coaching & Wellness**: Cricket, football, swimming, pickleball, badminton and gym - coaching for all ages and levels.
- **Tournaments & Competitions**: We host and join events like Friendship Cup, DSO, so kids get real match experience.
- **School Sports Curriculum Management**: We run sports programs in Mumbai schools, from daily training to annual Sports Day.
- **Community & Cultural Events**: We do fun stuff too - Diwali sports camps, eco-friendly Ganesha workshop for kids, all about community.
- **1-on-1 Personalized Training**: Want to master a skill? Get focused, direct coaching, especially for swimming or football camps for children.
