My workshops are structured as multi-day, intensive programs—typically spanning 2 to 5 days—because these practices require precise, step-by-step instruction to learn correctly. You will need to attend every session to fully grasp the geometric alignment of the postures and the safety guidelines. I teach these practices exactly as I received them at the Isha Hatha Yoga School, with no shortcuts or dilution. My goal is not to demonstrate flexibility, but to help you tune your body and mind for inner balance. ### Why the Multi-Day Format? Each module, whether it is the Angamardana fitness series or the Yogasanas posture sequence, is a complete system. Learning them involves mastering specific breathing patterns, limb placement, and energetic awareness. This is why I require mandatory attendance for all sessions. It ensures you have a complete, safe practice you can carry with you for the rest of your life. ### What I Teach * **Angamardana:** A high-intensity, zero-equipment system for physical strength and stamina. * **Yogasanas:** A set of static postures designed to stabilize the body and mind, helping you transition toward deeper meditative states. * **Surya Kriya:** A powerful sunrise ritual that connects you with the solar cycle, improving your overall vitality and wellness. * **Bhuta Shuddhi:** A foundational, elemental purification process. ### Where I Teach While my primary base is at the Sadhguru Sannidhi in Chattarpur, I travel across Delhi NCR to conduct these programs. Every venue is chosen for its ability to maintain a quiet, focused, and consecrated atmosphere, free from outside noise, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in the practice. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, you are welcome. My classes are conducted in both English and Hindi to ensure accessibility for everyone. ## About Dakshith Namaskaram, I am Dakshith.
