Here is a glimpse of the stories I tell through movement. ## Photos and videos - ![This was a moment I'll never forget, performing my Kathak piece in front of the honorable Governor of Maharashtra. It's moments like these, on a big stage, where I feel all the hard work pays off. This performance was a tribute to my Guru and my art.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/42b17990-1e8a-4237-8f6f-7cc8ff027d07) - [Video: Here's a glimpse of the music video for 'Koyaliya'. For this project, I blended contemporary movements with a folk-inspired feel to match the song's beautiful melody. Whether it is a high-energy Sangeet song or a complex Kathak piece, I work on expressions and timing during our 4 to 5 hour sessions so you actually feel comfortable while performing, rather than just memorizing moves. My work here in Mumbai is rooted in Kathak, but it thrives on the mix of styles I have picked up over the years. My goal is always to bring the same level of intensity to a wedding performance that I do to a professional stage show. ### What I Bring to the Floor * **Wedding & Sangeet Choreography:** I specialize in making dance accessible for everyone, from couples to large groups. We focus on comfort and confidence, breaking down songs with audio mixing and video tutorials so you can practice easily between our sessions. * **Theatrical & Stage Performance:** My Kathak base allows me to handle high-stakes productions like 'Bhagwan Ram Kathaa'. I handle everything from character-driven movement to the intricate details of costumes and makeup. * **Movement Coaching:** If you are an actor or artist needing to find the right physicality for a character, I can help. I have coached talent in everything from folk styles like Lavani to cinematic, screen-friendly blocking. For me, dance is a conversation. It is why I keep my rehearsals and training sessions personal. If you are looking for choreography that has a bit of Mumbai masala and a whole lot of soul, let's connect and see what we can create together. ## About Harshstyle I'm Harshaj.
