Whether I am diving deep into the complexities of Raag Malkauns or testing new electronic effects on my Zitar, this is where the music breathes. If you are looking for a solo performer who values the depth of classical training but isn't afraid to push boundaries, these clips show the focus I bring to every stage I step onto. Solo practice is the lifeblood of a musician. My journey began in the lanes of Varanasi, and my training is rooted in the traditional Banaras Gharana. When I am alone with the sitar, I am not just playing notes. I am conversing with a history that spans centuries. You will see me practicing Raag Kedar or Hameer here. These are not performances meant for a crowd, but rather moments of discovery. I often record these sessions to refine my technique, ensuring that when I play live for you, the performance is flawless. My transition from acoustic sitar to the Zitar was born in these quiet moments. Adding electronic effects to an ancient instrument requires precision. I spend hours balancing the acoustic resonance of the sitar with the synthetic textures of modern music. It is this balance that I bring to your events, whether it is a private chamber concert or a corporate gala. If you are wondering about the 'why' behind my sound, look here. It is the result of years spent in the studio and at home, perfecting the transition between the meditative alap and the high-tempo drut sections. Looking for a solo performance? I am available for intimate mehfils, corporate gatherings, or private events in Mumbai. Let's discuss your event requirements and find the perfect setlist. ## About Hardik Verma I am Hardik.
