I am a nutritionist, and Akash is an engineer, and we wanted to bring back the comfort of ghar ka khana without compromising on nutrition, so we built happyGrub to make sure you never have to choose between a good diet and good taste. It all started a decade ago with just 10 customers, half of whom were friends we bribed with free meals. Today, we have delivered over 100,000 meals across Mumbai. Our philosophy is simple: fresh, 100% vegetarian ingredients, cooked in small batches to keep that home-style taste intact. Because I am a nutritionist, every recipe is designed to be nutrient-dense without the typical 'diet food' label. We focus on real ingredients, not preservatives or artificial fillers. Whether you are an office-goer looking for lunch, a student, or a busy parent, we handle the cooking so you can eat right without the stress of planning. We have been featured on Curly Tales and LBB Mumbai, which is great validation, but honestly, our favorite feedback is still the simple WhatsApp messages we get from customers saying they finally found food that feels like home. We are proud to offer a service that is honest, transparent, and built to make your daily hustle a little easier and a lot healthier. ## About HappyGrub I am Vidisha, a nutritionist, and this is Akash, an engineer. We built happyGrub because we were sick of healthy food that had no soul. We cook the way we would want to eat, focusing on real ingredients and that nostalgic ghar ka taste.
