## About Whimsical Worlds: Fairies, Mermaids & Unicorns

To build a cohesive theme, I focus on the balance between your main backdrop and the floor space. For an 8x8ft area, I typically layer a custom printed flex or shimmer wall with organic balloon garlands and specific accent props, like oversized mushrooms for a fairy theme or coral cutouts for an underwater setup, ensuring every corner feels part of the story.

Creating a whimsical atmosphere requires more than just balloons. It involves layering textures and lighting to create depth. For my mermaid and fairy themes, I often use a mix of iridescent fabrics, floral runners, and matte balloons to build a backdrop that feels immersive rather than flat.

### Customization and Logistics
Whether you are planning a first birthday at home or a larger celebration in a banquet hall, the process starts with defining your focal point. I work with three main setup sizes: a compact 6x6ft home setup, a standard 8ft banquet backdrop, or a full-room styling for luxury events.

My team handles the entire process, from setting up the structures to dismantling them after the party. For themed setups, I recommend booking at least 10 days in advance to allow time for printing custom names and sourcing specific character cutouts.

### Service Area
I operate across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, including Navi Mumbai and Thane. My standard packages include local transport, but for larger, multi-day setups or remote locations, we can discuss logistics during our initial consultation.

### Preparing Your Venue
When you call to discuss your theme, please provide the approximate dimensions of your main wall. If you have specific restrictions, such as low ceilings or pillars in the venue, let me know early. I can adjust the balloon arch or backdrop placement to work around these elements without compromising the theme.
