This time-lapse shows the process of building the backdrop piece by piece, which we then finished with a balloon arch and neon sign for a birthday event.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/d952d08c-a897-44f0-b74e-e0b9511857a2) ## About How We Create Your Celebration People often ask how we get those balloon arches so sturdy or the shimmer walls perfectly straight. It is not magic; it is just a lot of measuring and patience. When we set up that shimmer wall, we don't just hang panels. We take time to check every single square, ensuring the lighting hits just right so it sparkles the moment your guests walk in. For us, 'Aap Dil lagaiye, Mehfil hum Sajaenge' isn't just a tagline—it is how we operate on-site. When you hire us, you are not just getting props; you are getting a team that treats your venue like it is our own home. ### Why the process matters We know that event decoration is often stressful. That is why we focus on the structure first. Whether it is a 6ft metal ring for a boho setup or a full 8x8ft shimmer wall, we build everything on-site to ensure it is rock-solid. You will never see us rushing or cutting corners with tape where a proper clamp or tie should be. ### Our approach to setup - **Balloon Artistry:** We do not just inflate balloons. We create organic garlands by mixing different sizes and textures, ensuring the colours pop exactly how you envisioned. - **Precision Styling:** From the placement of the peacock chair to the angle of the fresh jasmine strings at a Seemantham, every detail is intentional. - **Logistics & Respect:** We work within Bengaluru venues, and we respect your space. Our setups are designed to be temporary but impactful—we come in, build the vibe, and clean up completely when the party is over. We want you to walk into the room and feel the joy instantly, without worrying about whether the backdrop is leaning or if the lights are working. We handle the heavy lifting so you can stay focused on the 'Happy Happenings.' ## About Happy Happenings We are just two folks who decided to follow our hearts and make celebrations feel personal. My partner is my backbone in everything, and together, we pour that same love we have for our own family into your events. We believe that if you just enjoy the moment, we will handle the chaos behind the scenes.
