Here are some of my favorite sequin wall setups I have designed for milestones and parties. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Celebrating a 60th birthday in style with this stunning silver sequin wall. I usually block out 3 to 4 hours for the setup to ensure the truss system, chrome balloon garlands, and neon signs are perfectly aligned, so please check with your venue regarding access timings. When you want your party to look a bit more glamorous, a shimmer wall is often the first thing I suggest. It acts as an active piece of decor that catches every bit of light, making your photos look amazing without needing professional studio lighting. I use a heavy-duty truss system to hold the 8x8 ft sequin tiles, which ensures stability so the wall doesn't wobble during your event. I love mixing these with organic balloon garlands in chrome, metallic, or matte finishes to soften the edges and tie in your theme colors. We can customize the look with a neon sign—whether it is 'Happy Birthday', a name, or a custom phrase—to make it the centerpiece of your room. If you are worried about the space, let’s chat about where it fits best. These walls work beautifully for birthdays, anniversaries, or bridal showers where you want a designated photo corner. If you are hosting in a smaller home space, we can also discuss smaller backdrop options that offer that same reflective sparkle without taking over the whole floor. ## About Happy Happenings I am all about making your celebrations feel personal, and I honestly think a little shimmer makes everything better. Whether it is a 60th birthday or an intimate surprise, I pour my heart into getting every sequin and balloon just right because I know these photos are what you will look back on for years.
