We hand-knead our dough and fry in small batches using pure ghee. You are getting real, honest food made just the way we make it for our own family table. We started Happy Grandmaa Kitchen because we missed the real taste of home. Every batch of our nimki or swaali follows the same steps: traditional spice blends, hand-cutting for that perfect texture, and never using industrial shortcuts. You will notice the difference immediately. It is not just about the crispiness, it is about the clean ingredients. We use 100% pure desi ghee, which gives our snacks that authentic, rich flavour you just do not find in supermarket packets. Whether you are craving crispy mathri for your evening chai or need traditional snacks for a festival, everything is prepared fresh. We do not keep stocks of fresh items like samosas for long, which is why we ask for a 24-hour lead time on those orders. This ensures you receive items fried in clean, single-use oil, free from the rancid aftertaste often found in mass-produced snacks. Every jar you order is packed with the same care Dadisaa puts into her own cooking. ## About Happy Grandmaa Kitchen I am Meenakkshi, and I work alongside my mother, Usha—or as everyone calls her, Dadisaa.
