We avoid industrial machines, so every piece is hand-kneaded and hand-cut in small batches to ensure the perfect khasta texture that stays fresh and crisp in your pantry for weeks. Our kitchen is built on the belief that snacks should be as honest as a home-cooked meal. Whether you are craving the classic salted Nimki or our uniquely shaped Karela Nimki, we focus on the process to get the flavour right. We use only pure ghee for both kneading and frying, which gives our snacks their distinct, rich taste and flaky texture. ### Why Choose Our Snacks? * **No Shortcuts:** We do not use palm oil or artificial preservatives. What you get is a snack made from flour, ghee, and traditional spices. * **Handmade Quality:** Our snacks are not mass-produced. The irregular edges on our mathri and nimki are a sign that they were hand-cut and prepared with care in our home kitchen. * **Versatile Flavours:** From the peppery kick of our Masala Mathri (Swaali) to the subtle crunch of our Kari Patta Nachos, we have something for every chai-time or sudden hunger pang. ### How to Serve Our Marwadi snacks are pantry staples designed for everyday life. Pair our Swaali with a hot cup of masala chai, or transform our Kari Patta Nachos into a quick chaat by adding curd, chopped onions, and a sprinkle of chaat masala. If you are looking for festive gifting options, these snacks fit perfectly into our custom hampers alongside our sweets and pickles. ## About Happy Grandmaa Kitchen We are Usha and Meenakkshi, a mother-daughter team running Happy Grandmaa Kitchen.
