When you receive a pack of nimki or mathri, you are eating snacks that Dadisaa has personally tasted and approved. We started this journey in our home kitchen during the pandemic, and we still stick to that same 'home-cooked' discipline, using pure ghee and absolutely no palm oil in every single batch we hand-knead. ### Our Story: From Covid Days to Your Kitchen It all started with a simple thought from Mom, Usha Jalan, who we all call Dadisaa. During the difficult days of Covid, she found peace and joy in cooking for others. She would say, 'Ye prerna mane Covid se mili thi' (This inspiration came from Covid), and that joy became the foundation of our work. We started small, sharing her traditional Marwadi recipes with neighbours, and it just grew from there. ### Why 'Dadisaa' is the Real Boss Meenakkshi here—I might handle the digital side and the logistics, but my mother is the heart of every recipe. We operate on a 'no-shortcut' policy. If a snack doesn't meet the taste or quality standards of our own family table, it doesn't leave our kitchen. We take pride in the irregularities of our snacks; that is how you know they are hand-cut and hand-shaped, not stamped out by a machine. ### Our Quality Promise - **Pure Ghee Only:** We use 100% Desi Ghee for frying and kneading. - **Zero Preservatives:** You won't find anything in our jars that you wouldn't find in a regular home pantry. - **Fresh, Always:** Whether it's our crispy Karela Nimki, flaky Swaali, or our deep-fried Aloo-Matar Samosas, everything is made fresh to order. We don't believe in long shelf-life chemicals, so your food arrives as fresh as it would if it came straight off our stove. We are a team that believes in 'Har Ghadi, Nashto Ghadi' (Every moment is a snack moment).
