Whether it is Dadisaa mixing the kesar for a new batch or our team setting up for a weekend pop-up, we share these updates because our kitchen is built on transparency. You will not find industrial machines or preservatives here, just the same process we use to feed our own family. When people ask what makes our kitchen different, we tell them it is about the hands that prepare the food. Our recent brand refresh with our new logo is more than just a design change. It represents our growth from a home-kitchen experiment to the standard we now set for every batch of Nimki and Swaali we pack. We document our kitchen process not for the sake of content, but to show you the reality of handmade food. When you see Dadisaa in our videos, that is how she spends her morning. The kesar, the hand-kneading, and the small-batch frying are how we ensure the quality remains consistent. We operate out of Mumbai and deliver across the city, ensuring that the same warmth found in our Marwadi roots reaches your table without sitting in a warehouse. You can find us at community pop-ups across Mumbai, like our recent appearance at ONE BKC. These events allow us to meet you, hear your feedback, and share our latest creations before they officially join the menu. If you have questions about our ingredients or want to know where we are popping up next, we are always happy to chat directly. ## About Happy Grandmaa Kitchen I am Meenakkshi, and the powerhouse behind the stove is my mother, Usha, whom everyone knows as Dadisaa.
