Whether it is feedback from Nandita Puri or our regulars at the pop-ups, the stories we hear show that when you cook with pure ghee and zero shortcuts, people really can taste the difference. We believe that snacks should be more than just something to munch on. They should be a moment of comfort. That is why we stick to the basics. We hand-knead our dough, use fresh groundnut oil or pure ghee, and avoid all those chemical preservatives found in store-bought packets. Every review we get, like the ones from our friends at the ONE BKC pop-up, reminds us why we started this. It is not just about selling food. It is about sharing 'Dadisaa ke haath ro naashto'—that authentic Marwadi taste that feels like home. If you are looking for a crunchy companion for your evening chai or a thoughtful gift for a festival, we are here to help. Everything is made in small batches to ensure quality, so what you get is as fresh as if we made it in our own family kitchen. ## About Happy Grandmaa Kitchen I’m Meenakkshi and this is my mom, Usha—or as everyone calls her, Dadisaa. We started this kitchen to share the simple, honest comfort of home-cooked Marwadi snacks that we make daily. Every bite you taste is a little piece of our family tradition, made with love and nothing else.
