My mother, Usha—our Dadisaa—wanted to share the traditional recipes she has mastered over decades. What began as cooking for neighbours soon turned into a full kitchen where we recreate the magic of authentic Marwadi flavours. ### The Dadisaa Promise We believe in honest food. This means you will never find palm oil, preservatives, or artificial shortcuts in our jars.
