We fry everything in pure ghee in small, made-to-order batches to ensure that distinct, crunchy texture stays fresh for days without needing a single drop of preservatives. Our kitchen operates on the simple belief that 'Har Ghadi Nashto Ghadi' (Every moment is snack time). Whether you are cheering for a match, settling in for evening tea, or just need something to munch on, our snacks are designed to be that comfort food. We stay away from industrial shortcuts. This means no palm oil, no artificial flavours, and no mass-produced techniques. Instead, we use the slow-roasting method (Mand-aach) for our masalas and ensure the dough for our Nimki and Swaali (Mathri) is kneaded by hand. The result is a 'danedaar' (granular) texture that factory-made snacks just cannot replicate. Because we prioritize quality over shelf-life, our snacks are made fresh to order.
