Because we use only pure ghee and zero preservatives, everything is made fresh in small batches. This means we recommend placing your order at least 3-4 days in advance to ensure the freshest box of laddoos or snacks reaches your home. ### Why Our Snacks Belong at Your Gathering Festivals and family time are about more than just the occasion; they are about the flavours that bring everyone together. At Happy Grandmaa Kitchen, we believe the best conversations happen over a plate of shared food. Our snacks are not just items on a menu but a reflection of the 'Dadisaa ke haath ro naashto' (snacks from grandma's hands) tradition. ### The Craft Behind the Crunch We avoid the shortcuts common in mass-produced sweets. Whether it is our Besan Laddoo or our crunchy Nimki, every item goes through a process of slow-roasting on a low flame (mand-aach) to ensure the flavours develop properly. We use 100% pure ghee and steer clear of palm oil and chemical preservatives. This dedication to the old-school way of cooking is why our sweets have that distinct, granular texture that is hard to find elsewhere. ### Planning Your Festive Order * **Festivals & Puja:** For Karwa Chauth, Diwali, or other celebrations, we prepare special batches of Mohanthaal and laddoos. * **Movie & Game Nights:** Our Nimki, Swaali, and Shakarpara are designed to be perfect, non-messy snacks for when you are gathered around the screen. * **Gifting:** We create customised hampers. If you are planning a family event, tell us what you need in advance so we can prepare a mix of sweet and savoury treats tailored to your crowd. We are based in Mumbai and deliver across the metropolitan area, bringing these traditional flavours straight from our kitchen to yours. If you are looking for that specific taste of home, we are happy to share it. ## About Happy Grandmaa Kitchen I’m Meenakkshi and this is my mom, Usha—or Dadisaa, as everyone knows her.
