Whether you are working with a cozy living room or a large banquet hall, my team and I adjust the scale and props to ensure the decor feels immersive but never cramped. We are just as comfortable designing a simple balloon wall for a small get-together as we are coordinating a full-scale carnival setup with live entertainment. ### Bringing Your Vision to Life When we plan decor, we focus on the stuff that guests actually interact with. It is not just about a backdrop for photos; it is about setting the mood for the whole room. **What We Can Do For Your Space:** * **Balloon Installations:** We go way beyond simple bunches. We do organic arches, ceiling clouds, and sculptures that act as centerpieces. If you want a specific shape or a complex color mix, we can make it happen. * **Prop Styling & Backdrops:** From shimmering sequin walls to custom foam cutouts and marquee lights, we use props to build a theme. We carry these items to venues across Mumbai, so you get the same quality setup whether you are at home or a hotel. * **Entertainment Add-ons:** A great party needs action. We can bring in carnival-style games, arcade machines, or puppet shows to keep kids (and adults) busy. **Why We Keep It Simple** We know that planning a party is stressful enough without having to worry about logistics. When you book us, you get a 2-person setup team that handles delivery, installation, and dismantling. You do not need to lift a finger or supervise the work. We arrive with the gear, set up the stage, and clear out once the event is over. If you have a last-minute plan or a theme that seems a bit tricky, just tell us. We love a challenge and we are usually quick to figure out a way to make it fit your budget and space. ## About Happy 3 Cheers Hi, we are Happy 3 Cheers! We started this because we realized parents usually spend their kid's birthday stressing over setup instead of actually playing. We show up, handle the balloons, the props, and the entertainment, and let you get back to the party.
