I handle the logistics—balloons, custom cutouts, neon signs, and backdrop installation—so you can focus on the guests. My goal is to deliver a high-quality, fun setup that doesn't break the bank. ### How I Customize Your Event Every party has a different vibe, and I adapt my decor to match yours. Whether it is a small birthday celebration in your living room or a larger event at a local banquet hall, I bring the right props to transform the space. **My Approach to Theme Decor:** * **Themed Elements:** From character cutouts for kids' birthdays to elegant neon signs for anniversary surprises, I have a wide range of props to bring your theme to life. * **Balloon Artistry:** I do more than just hang balloons. I create organic arches, ring backdrops, and balloon clusters that act as the centerpiece for your party photos. * **Space Utilization:** I work with what you have. If you have a tight corner or a large stage, I adjust the design to ensure it looks full and professional without cluttering the room. ### Why Choose My Services? * **Budget-Friendly:** I believe great decor shouldn't be expensive. We keep it affordable while maintaining the 'wow' factor. * **Mumbai & Navi Mumbai Coverage:** I travel across all major lines (Central, Western, Harbour, and Thane) to set up your party. * **Quick Setup:** I work fast. Most home setups take 60-90 minutes, so we won't get in the way of your party prep. If you have a specific idea or want to know what's possible for your budget, just send me a message on WhatsApp with your event date and venue. I will let you know what we can do to make your day special. ## About Happiness Event Decor Hey, I am Shankar.
