We handle the site scouting and transport to ensure your chosen location is ready before you arrive, meaning you do not have to worry about logistics when the moment comes. ### Your Vision, Any Location We have planned proposals in settings ranging from forest clearings in Karjat to coastal spots in Alibag and private rooftops in Pune. Our approach is to integrate the decor with the environment rather than overpowering it. Whether you want a bohemian setup with pampas grass and dried palms or a grand spectacle with cold pyros and marquee letters, we ensure the production is executed smoothly. ### How We Handle Logistics - **Site Scouting:** We visit the location beforehand to check for power sources, ground level, and lighting requirements. - **Weather & Backup:** For outdoor events, we always have a Plan B in case of rain or high wind, so your plans stay intact. - **Teardown:** We handle the cleanup, including the removal of all floral waste, lighting, and props, leaving the site as pristine as we found it. ### Customizing Your Budget We started with a ₹200 order and we remember what it is like to plan with a specific budget. We do not judge your spend—we stretch it. Our boho-chic outdoor packages are designed to give you high-impact visuals without the overhead of a large-scale wedding production. If you have a specific location or an idea that feels a bit ambitious, reach out. We love a challenge. ## About Happify Events We are Happify Events, and we believe that proposing should be about your story, not just a standard package. We started small with just a dream, and today, we treat every proposal with that same personal care, whether it is a simple picnic or a grand mountain setup.
