In our kitchens, we focus on rigorous hygiene and consistent techniques, ensuring that whether it is a simple bento cake or a complex festive hamper, the quality remains exactly the same across all our 20 Mumbai locations. When I started Hangout Cakes, my goal was to bridge the gap between traditional indulgence and modern health needs. Many of our customers come to us because they have dietary restrictions like diabetes or PCOS, and they have been told no to desserts for too long. That is why our process is not just about baking, it is about innovation. We experiment with date-based sweetness and gluten-free flours to make sure you never have to compromise on taste. Transparency is the core of our kitchen. We want you to see the care that goes into hand-crafting every fondant figurine, the precision in our temperature-controlled cooling, and the strict 100% vegetarian standards we maintain. It is not just about the final cake, it is about the hours of preparation that happen before you ever place an order. From the sourcing of fresh fruits in the mango season to the slow-roasting of nuts for our festive modaks, we aim to share the story of every ingredient we use. ## About Hangout Cakes I am Saroj, and at Hangout Cakes, we treat every order like it is going to our own family. We keep our kitchens open and honest because you deserve to know exactly what goes into your dessert.
