When you work with us, you’re getting a dedicated team in Mumbai that handles everything from last-minute urgent requests to complex, themed hampers, treating every order as if it were for our own family. Our story started with a simple idea: gifting should feel as personal as a handwritten note. Based here in Mumbai, we’ve built our team around the belief that the first few seconds of opening a gift are where the real memory begins. We love bringing a bit of whimsy to our work, which is why you’ll see our team reimagined in the Ghibli-inspired illustrations across our gallery. It reflects how we approach every hamper. Whether it is sourcing a specific brand of skincare for a mom-to-be, hand-painting a wooden cart for a baby’s first birthday, or crafting a custom festival hamper for Ganesh Chaturthi, we are deeply involved in the process. Running a studio like this means juggling a lot of moving parts. We handle the design, the sourcing of premium items, the floral styling, and the logistics. This hands-on approach allows us to manage Mumbai ka jugaad (Mumbai-style quick fixes) when you are in a rush. If you need a gift and time is tight, we are often able to turn around stunning, high-quality hampers in just a few hours. We don’t outsource the heart of our business; we are the ones tying the bows, adjusting the balloons, and ensuring your gift makes someone’s day brighter. We want to take the stress of gifting off your plate so you can focus on the celebration. ## About Hamper Lounge I'm Urvi, and I started Hamper Lounge right here in Mumbai because I believe gifting should be an emotional experience, not just an exchange of items. My team and I are the ones behind every ribbon, crate, and balloon you see, obsessing over the small details so you can focus on the person you're celebrating.
