## About Traditional Bridal & Muhurtham Drapes

You don't need to worry about your heavy Kanchipuram or Banarasi silk loosening up during your wedding rituals. I use a specific structural lock technique that keeps the pallu and pleats secure for over six hours, no matter how much you move, sit, or walk. Whether you want a sharp paper-finish look or a flattering silhouette that defines your waist, I ensure everything stays in place while letting you move freely throughout your muhurtham.

When you are wearing a heavy silk saree for your muhurtham, the last thing you should feel is stress about your pleats slipping or your pallu falling flat. My goal is to make sure you look confident and feel like yourself throughout your wedding ceremony.

### Why My Draping is Different
I focus on what I call a paper finish for Kanchipuram and tissue silks. This means I box-fold and iron your pleats so they stay sharp, stiff, and do not flare out. For your muhurtham, I balance the heavy jewelry with the drape, ensuring your Vaddanam sits perfectly without snagging the fabric.

### The Process
I do not just pin the saree; I build a structure.
- **Structural Lock:** I use a specific twist and lock method to anchor the saree at the waist, which holds up through long rituals, walking, and sitting.
- **Silhouette Sculpting:** I tailor the drape to create a slimming, hourglass shape that complements your bridal ensemble.
- **Hardware:** I use high-strength, rust-free double lock pins and body tape specifically chosen for heavy silks.

### Common Concerns
- **Will the pleats stay sharp?** Yes, I steam iron them on-site to remove every crease before finalizing the tuck.
- **Can I move comfortably?** Absolutely. My draping is engineered for endurance. You can perform all wedding rituals without needing to adjust your pallu or pleats constantly.
- **Do you handle light silks too?** While I specialize in heavy bridal silks for muhurthams, I also do contemporary drapes for receptions using georgette or crepe if you have a change of outfit.
