Every session involves specific technical correction, whether it is grip, stance, or head position, because I will not let you build muscle memory on a flawed foundation. You will be on turf wickets with floodlights, facing real-world pressure through match simulations, rather than doing mindless practice. My method is built on one simple truth: you cannot fake your way through a game. Whether you are a junior starting out or a state-level aspirant, the fundamentals remain the same. My academy in Delhi, with facilities in Kadipur Village and Surakhpur, is designed for players who want to work, not just play. ### The Technical Foundation I don't believe in shortcuts. When you train with me, we break down your game—the way you hold the bat, the line of your bowling run-up, the rotation of your wrist for spin. We use whiteboard tactical sessions to explain field placements and power-play rules so you understand the logic behind the movement. If your head position is wrong, we fix it. If your elbow is dropping, we correct it. ### Match Simulation & Pressure Nets are for technique, but the ground is for character. We run match simulation drills that mimic the intensity of a real game. We track run rates, field changes, and target chasing. This is where you learn to handle the noise and the pressure of a live match. We use tools like roboarms, rebounder nets, and video analysis to make sure you are getting high-volume, quality repetition. ### Why Train Here? Discipline is the baseline. You get 3.5-hour sessions four days a week on turf wickets. We also emphasize recovery, including guided relaxation and cooldowns, because an athlete who does not recover properly will break. Whether you are aiming for the DPL or just looking to master your cover drive, the expectation is the same: show up, listen, and put in the work. If you are ready to be coached, not just supervised, come prepared to work. ## About H.R Cricket Academy I am Hemant Rattan, and I don't believe in shortcuts.
