Whether it is our toddlers or our competitive squad, every gymnast follows the same rule: queue up, wait for your turn, and put in the work. We believe that medals are just the result of the sweat and consistency you put in at the arena, not the starting point. ### Building Champions in Delhi NCR We started this journey with a simple sapna (dream): to give local kids a real home for gymnastics. It is not about fancy amenities or central AC here; our warehouse-style arena in Sector 141, Noida, is built for one thing—serious progress. We strip away the distractions so our students can focus on form, strength, and discipline. ### Our Training Philosophy Gymnastics is a marathon, not a sprint. We use a structured approach to ensure safety and long-term development: * **The Discipline of Repetition:** We don't sugarcoat the training. You will hear our coaches shouting 'Shaabaash!' and 'Fast kar!' because that fire is necessary for improvement. * **Conditioning First:** Before you attempt a flip, you need a strong core. Our warm-ups are rigorous and non-negotiable, focusing on flexibility and stamina. * **Small Batch Focus:** We maintain a 1:12 to 1:15 coach-to-student ratio. This ensures that every child, whether they are a beginner or in our advanced squad, gets the attention they need to correct their posture and technique. ### Why Parents Choose Us We are proud to have been named the Best Gymnastics Academy in Delhi NCR, with 95 medals in a single competition. But if you ask our parents, they will tell you the real reward is what happens outside the gym. Students start eating better, sleeping deeper, and carrying a new sense of confidence into their daily lives. We are here to help your child get stronger, faster, and more disciplined for life. ## About Vijay Sri Gymnastics Academy We started Vijay Sri Gymnastics Academy to give Delhi/NCR kids a real home to flip, tumble, and grow. Our arena isn't just about winning medals—it is a family where we push limits, teach discipline, and celebrate every win with our kids.
