See how I blend architecture and nature to captivate the senses. ## Photos and videos - ![This is what I call a 'Gulabi Shaam' or a pink evening. I designed this magnificent dome mandap as a blossoming symphony of florals, creating a sacred space that is both grand and deeply romantic. The sheer scale and density of the flowers create an unforgettable, immersive experience for the couple and their guests.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/8d53fcdd-fedc-45cd-99e0-d91f2c18c315) - ![For this sangeet, I envisioned a celestial world. The design is built around dramatic lighting, with a massive, lotus-shaped neon installation and cascading crystal strings that mimic a starry sky. This demonstrates how I use light and structure to transform a large ballroom into an intimate, high-energy environment for celebration.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/e823e760-55ae-4766-a425-0d2161843b2e) - ![Who says an entrance can't be the main event? I designed this passionate, red-on-red floral tunnel to create a dramatic and immersive first impression. The layered arches and dense crimson blooms guide guests into a world of warmth and bold elegance, setting an unapologetically glamorous tone for the evening.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/f65f2b9a-908d-4cc0-8b9a-1d98300b40e1) - ![Set against a serene poolside, this mandap is a study in timeless elegance. I combined a profusion of classic white florals and fresh greenery with the divine presence of a Ganesha sculpture, creating a space that feels both sacred and seamlessly integrated with nature. This design showcases my ability to craft sophisticated outdoor ceremonies.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/c4c4061c-02c0-4cf5-8896-4ecb22882c58) - ![This Haldi ceremony was a celebration of vibrant Kathiyawadi culture. I used a riot of color with traditional textiles, multi-hued drapes, and rustic seating to create an authentic and joyful atmosphere. This shows my passion for creating culturally rich, high-energy pre-wedding events that are full of life.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/7ea95104-de9f-4066-951a-7ea861b149d7) - ![For a truly unique event, I created this immersive jungle paradise. The design features a custom-printed backdrop with exotic animals, a zebra-print floor, and a life-sized zebra statue, all surrounded by lush foliage. This is an example of how I build a complete thematic world for guests to step into.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/61dd289e-9b94-4695-80ad-277ca0135552) - [Video: It is the small details that elevate a design from beautiful to magical. This video highlights the interplay of textures, from delicate crystal strings and lush white hydrangeas to geometric gold accents. This focus on layered detail is a signature of my work, ensuring every element contributes to the overall story.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/94e00616-1fdd-4279-b248-60966054d84e) ## About Featured Whether it is a dense floral mandap or an intricate, star-lit ballroom transformation, my process begins by understanding your story, not just the venue dimensions. I blend architecture and nature, using techniques like ceiling rigging and custom-fabricated installations to ensure the space does not just look good but feels alive with your specific personality. Design is about the dialogue between a space and its people. For me, event styling is an opportunity to push boundaries. I do not just place flowers; I engineer them. My approach to luxury wedding design involves deep structural planning, from managing ceiling weights for hanging installations to sourcing unique props that ground a theme in reality. Whether I am designing a high-density floral mandap for a traditional ceremony or transforming a plain ballroom into a jungle paradise, my focus remains on the guest experience. I use intelligent lighting, custom floorings, and textured fabric layers to build depth. If you are looking for an immersive event experience in Mumbai or beyond, let us talk about the specific story you want to tell. I work across various scales, from intimate celebrations to grand hotel weddings, ensuring that every element—from the entrance tunnel to the stage backdrop—is intentional. ## About Gurleen M Puri I am Gurleen.
