For a Sangeet, that means calculating the exact interplay between hanging crystal chandeliers and the dance floor lighting to ensure the room feels intimate, not cavernous, even in a grand hotel ballroom. When you look at the photos, notice the ceiling installations—they are not just aesthetic, they are the anchors for the entire space's energy. Whether it is a Sangeet night in a hotel ballroom or a reception under the stars, my goal is to break the monotony of standard banquet setups. I rely on what I call 'living art.' This is not about covering walls; it is about shifting the focus. If the Sangeet demands high energy, we mix disco balls with cascading white blooms, creating a play of light and shadow that makes the dance floor feel like a private club. For receptions at venues like The St. Regis Mumbai or ITC Maratha, I often use monochromatic palettes—drenching a space in deep red or pure white—to create a unified, architectural impact. The technical backbone is as important as the visual. I use hidden truss systems to support heavy-volume floral installations, ensuring they feel weightless, almost floating. We carefully layer lighting, balancing warm spotlights on floral arrangements with ambient color washes that match your outfit or mood. Every installation, from a 12ft high crystal canopy to a crescent-shaped stage, is custom-built. My team handles the structural engineering, including weight-bearing armatures that are completely disguised, so you see the magic, not the mechanics. If you have a specific vision—whether it is an 'enchanted forest' or 'modern disco'—we start by defining the mood and working backward to the materials. ## About Gurleen M Puri I am Gurleen, and I believe your event should feel like it has a heartbeat.
