My role is to design the aesthetic structure—using multi-tier risers, dense floral pastes, and sculptural foliage—to frame your caterer's charcuterie and sweets. We collaborate to ensure the visuals are as fresh and high-quality as the food itself, creating a spread that is as beautiful as it is inviting. When I design a grazing table, I am not just setting up food; I am curating an experience. My approach is to move beyond the standard buffet setup and create a multi-sensory landscape where textures and flavors collide. Whether it is a luxury wedding reception or a high-end corporate gala, I use elements like rustic wood logs, marble platters, and custom geometric stands to create vertical height and rhythm. My signature style involves blurring the lines between nature and indulgence. I source fresh fruits—think grapes, apples, and pomegranates—and weave them directly into dense arrangements of tropical palms, ferns, and exotic blooms like Orchids and Anthuriums. By integrating ambient lighting with battery-operated votives and slender taper candles, I ensure the display remains captivating as the evening transitions from day to night. **How we work together** A common question I get is how this integrates with your catering. To be transparent, my expertise is in the artistry and infrastructure. I provide the full styling, props, and botanical decor, while your chosen caterer supplies the edible charcuterie, cheeses, and sweets. This partnership allows us to focus on our strengths: I handle the visual drama and immersive design, ensuring the layout is structurally sound and aesthetically breathtaking, while your culinary team ensures the spread is delicious. It is a harmonious balance where the decor elevates the dining experience rather than distracting from it. From sprawling 20ft spreads for grand hotel events to intimate setups, I customize every display to reflect the energy of your occasion. ## About Gurleen M Puri I am Gurleen M Puri, and I don't just place flowers in vases; I craft spaces that feel alive.
