Often, you find out the discharge time just hours before you arrive. Whether you need us at 1:30 AM or with just a few hours' notice, we turn your home into a festive space without any added stress. Our standard setup takes about 60 to 90 minutes, allowing you to walk through the door with your baby to a perfectly ready room. ### Our Approach to Baby Welcome Decor We focus on what matters: safety, timing, and aesthetics. We do not just inflate balloons; we coordinate the room's look to match your preferences, whether it's a soft pastel theme for a girl or a classic blue-and-silver setup for a boy. ### Customization & Themes - **Personalized Details:** We use foil name letters, 'Welcome Baby' banners, and themed cutouts that you can keep. - **Room Transformation:** For a full surprise, we offer ceiling balloon arrangements, floor scatters, and entrance arches. - **Traditional Touches:** If you have specific traditional ceremonies like Naamkaran or Chhathi planned, we incorporate those colors and motifs into the balloon styling. ### Practical Details - **Same-Day Flexibility:** Our team is based in Gurugram and covers Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. If you have an emergency, we do our best to reach you. - **Safety First:** We use high-quality latex balloons and reliable wall-safe adhesives to ensure no damage to your home surfaces. - **Rental Assets:** Items like circular metal frames, neon signs, and cake stands are rental pieces that we collect after the celebration is over. Everything is set up before you reach home. Just share your preferred timing and the baby's name, and we will handle the rest. ## About Vaishnavi Events We are Vaishnavi Events, and we believe every homecoming deserves a celebration.
