We exclusively use 25mm thick HDHMR for our shutters because standard materials warp and lose their guniya (alignment) within months. When you choose a finish, don't just look at the color—ask about the base material and the painting process, because a beautiful surface on a weak core will fail you every single time. At Guntier, we believe your furniture should look brand new years down the line, not just on the day of installation. Most site-made projects suffer because they rely on manual labor for processes that require controlled environments. That is why we moved everything to the factory. ### The Importance of the Core We refuse to use standard plywood or weak MDF for our shutters. We use High-Density High-Moisture Resistance (HDHMR) boards. Why? Because it is denser, harder, and resists the termites that plague so many homes in Delhi. We treat every sheet for chemical resistance before it even reaches the machine. If the core isn't strong, the paint will crack, and the hinges will pull out. ### Why Factory-Finished Matters Manual painting on-site is a recipe for dust contamination and uneven texture. Our robotic PU paint process applies finish in a pressurized, dust-free chamber. This eliminates brush marks, ensures consistent thickness, and results in a surface that is not only visually stunning but incredibly tough. Whether you choose a matte, satin, or high-gloss finish, the results are uniform every single time. ### Customization Beyond Looks We offer over 50 finishes, including real wood textured veneers that bring a natural, tactile warmth to your space.
