Everything, from the béchamel sauce in our lasagna to the hummus bases in our mezze platters, is prepared from scratch in our home kitchen the day of your event. Because we cook in small batches, we can easily adjust spice levels or cheese quantities—just let us know your preference when you order. What makes our Italian and Continental food different is the approach. We treat these dishes like home-cooked meals rather than standard catering fare. Whether you are hosting a small birthday dinner or a casual get-together, our food is designed to be shared without the heaviness often associated with commercial catering. Our lasagna and vegetable au gratin are cooked until the cheese is perfectly golden and bubbly, which is why we recommend serving them warm immediately upon delivery. For our pasta dishes, we often pack sauces and pasta separately if the guest count is higher, ensuring the texture stays right until you are ready to eat. For those looking for lighter options, our mezze platters are a go-to choice. We make our own hummus—beetroot, chickpea, and green pea—and pair it with fresh dips like whipped feta and homemade lavash or pita. Because we operate as a home kitchen, we focus on fresh preparation rather than mass production. This means no pre-mixes and no MSG. If you are planning a high tea or a cocktail evening, we can customize your menu to include bite-sized appetizers like quiches or mini pizzas.
