Every tart, quiche, and pastry crust is handmade in our own kitchen using fresh butter and quality flour, which is the only way to get that specific, flaky texture. When you order our high tea spreads, you are getting food prepared specifically for your event, not something pulled from a freezer. Planning a high tea or brunch in Bangalore? We bring the café experience to your home. Our menu is built around savoury bites that pair perfectly with tea or coffee, without the hassle of kitchen prep. Whether it is our signature Corn and Spinach Quiche with its buttery crust or our spicy Chilli Herb Cheese Straws, everything is vegetarian and 100% eggless. We focus on finger foods that make hosting simple. Your guests can easily pick up a tart or a bite-sized puff while chatting, which is why our high tea spread includes a mix of textures—crunchy, creamy, and savoury. We also include a premium Mezze platter with house-made dips like whipped pinenut feta or hummus, served with our own fresh Lavash. Because we are a home kitchen, freshness is non-negotiable. We do not believe in mass production, so every order is made in small batches. This attention to detail means your Sun-dried Tomato Focaccia arrives fresh and your pastries retain their crispness. We can tailor the spread for baby showers, intimate birthday brunches, or evening gatherings. If you have specific dietary requests, like Jain options, let us know and we will adjust the menu accordingly. ## About Gumdrops We’re Niti and Pooja, and we believe good food is the heart of every gathering. We started Gumdrops in our Bangalore home kitchen to create the kind of snacks we love eating ourselves—fresh, vegetarian, and full of flavour.
