Started by an engineer who swapped circuits for squats and Zumba beats. Honestly, it’s wild seeing people from all over join us—some want to lose weight, some just want to have fun moving. My own dad learned squats with us! We’re big on celebrating every win, even the small ones. For us, fitness is about feeling stronger, together.
