We look beyond basic zoning to create walkable environments, focusing on volumetric studies and traffic simulations that ensure long-term site viability and enhanced economic returns for developers. ### Technical Framework for TOD At Green Space Alliance, we view Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) as an exercise in optimizing land use and infrastructure.
