This keeps the temperature low and preserves the nutrients, natural flavor, and color of the seeds. You will notice a slight natural sedimentation at the bottom of the bottle, which is just proof that the oil is raw, unfiltered, and hasn't been subjected to industrial bleaching or chemical refining. ### Why Choose Cold-Pressed? Most oils you find in supermarkets are extracted using high heat and chemical solvents, which strip away the vital nutrients and the natural aroma of the seeds. I do things differently. My extraction process is purely mechanical and slow, ensuring the temperature never rises. This is the traditional way our ancestors made oil, and it is how I continue to do it today to give you healthy cooking oils that actually taste like the source. ### Our Nigerseed Oil Nigerseed oil is a hidden gem from Karnataka. It has a distinct, nutty flavor that adds depth to local dishes. Because I do not filter or bleach it, you might see natural particles settling at the base. This is normal. It is a sign of high-quality, raw oil that retains its essential goodness. Whether you are tempering spices or cooking a traditional meal, a little goes a long way. This is as close to farm-to-table as it gets. ### Packaging Philosophy You might notice my packaging is simple. I use PET bottles because they are safe, functional, and help keep the price accessible. I focus my resources on sourcing the highest quality seeds from the Western Ghats and ensuring the cold-pressed extraction is perfect, rather than spending money on fancy glass or heavy branding.
