My stone-ground arishina comes directly from small farms in the Western Ghats, which is why it retains a much deeper, richer color and higher curcumin content. Because I skip mass-industrial processing and fillers, you will find you need to use significantly less in your cooking to get that true, earthy flavor. ### Why Stone-Ground Matters Most commercial turmeric is processed using high-heat machines that strip away essential oils. My turmeric is slow stone-ground, a traditional method that keeps the natural oils and the authentic aroma locked inside the powder. You can actually smell the difference the moment you open the pouch. ### Where It Comes From I believe in transparency. Every pack of spices I offer comes from trusted farmers in the Western Ghats. By cutting out the middleman, I make sure the product stays pure, single-origin, and compliant with organic standards. No added colors, no preservatives, and no weird additives. ### Tips for Best Use * **Potency:** Start with half the amount you usually use. Because this is high-curcumin and pure, it is more potent than what you get in supermarkets. * **Storage:** Keep it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Since I don't use anti-caking agents, the powder might clump slightly in humid weather—this is normal and a sign of purity. * **Usage:** It is perfect for golden milk, traditional curries, or even as a base for natural skincare face masks. ### My Quality Promise I don't mass-produce anything.
